Evaluation & Needs Assessment as a service can constitute the sum total of a project. It is also always the first step in the broader design services we offer. Our customized assessment tools and evaluation processes are designed to provide a thorough understanding of existing conditions and contextual factors in relationship with the specific lifestyle choices and tastes of each individual client. It is only after gaining a clear, accurate and complete picture of the specific needs and desires involved in the project that we begin to consider the possible opportunities for design solution.

We will provide Evaluation and Needs Assessment Services as an independent consultation or as the first phase of a larger scope of work. Hourly consulting or fixed fee service agreements are available.  We are able to customize or scale services to accommodate specific project needs and client budget goals of any scope.
