Over five hundred feet of new accessible trail, negotiating over 13 feet of elevation change, will be completed this year, benefiting the greater Virgin Islands community and the millions visitors who visit the VI Park each year. Person of all ages and abilities will now be able to explore the historic plantation ruins and experience the surrounding flora and fauna.
Next, the VI National Park will be working on accessible interpretive signage for the trail and improvements to nearby accessible parking and routes to and from the trail head.
